Members affirm GPA’s doctrine statement and share a commitment to lead with biblical conviction. While diverse perspectives are welcome, divisive behavior or conversations are not. We pursue God’s best in all things with humility, unity, and respect.

Business Maturity

Membership is reserved for owners and C-level executives of companies with $2M+ in annual gross revenue. This ensures peer-level engagement, relevant challenges, and meaningful accountability.

Consistent Presence

Transformation happens through showing up. Members agree to make every effort to attend all scheduled retreats and not miss more than two retreats per year or two consecutively. The strength of the group depends on consistent participation.

Humility & Action
