Brett Kirkland is called to disciple and shepherd Christian executives, helping them lead with clarity, courage, and faithful stewardship. Through his work with Greater Purpose Advisors, Brett facilitates monthly executive retreats, meets individually with leaders, and engages with executive teams to provide wise counsel, accountability, and encouragement. He is a thoughtful listener who asks the right questions, genuinely cares for the leaders he serves, and is committed to helping them pursue God’s best for their lives and organizations.​ Under his leadership, members experience healthier cultures, stronger decision-making, greater resilience, clearer priorities, and the discipline needed to sustain faith-forward leadership.

His leadership has been shaped through both corporate experience and vocational ministry, including roles in healthcare, nonprofit leadership, church ministry, Marketplace Chaplains, and nearly eight years as a C12 Chair before founding Greater Purpose Advisors. Brett holds business and leadership degrees from Troy University, is an ordained pastor and certified biblical counselor, and serves on multiple nonprofit boards. He has been married for 33 years, has two adult daughters, and worships at The Church of Eleven22 in Fleming Island, Florida.
